Print counters and PUSH for Librarians

I had a couple of questions...Is anyone using PC based software to 
count the number of printouts done from public access PCs?  Is anyone 
using a PC based cost recovery system?  We are looking for a way to 
better account for the printing versus our income from printing.  
Ideally, we are interested in something that is based on the client 
PC, but not too costly (we will soon have over 100 PCs in 29 
locations).

Also, is anyone aware of a PUSH service for librarians (featuring 
Library Journal, the various state library publications, etc)?  Just 
curious.
