Netscape Bookmark File Owner's Name

We use Netscape 3.0 32 bit version on a Windows 95 workstation.
When I use the GO TO option in the bookmark menu my name comes
up as the owner of the file.  I want to change this to my library's
name but I cannot find where the bookmark file is storing my name.
I've checked all of the registry files. Maybe I've missed something.

Has anybody successfully changed this or will I have to uninstall and
reinstall the software?
