* COPAC: the new nationally accessible Union Catalogue - Shirley Cousins
introduces COPAC
* Elib project updates and descriptions, from the JEDDS, MODELS, RUDI and
WoPEc projects
* Digital Australia (part one of two) - Australia is the home of several
digital library projects, many of whom are tackling problems and
attempting to implement systems similar to some eLib projects. In this
section, 5 such projects are featured
