help with Word converter problems

I've had exactly the same problem.  I downloaded IA some time ago & 
it worked beautifully.  After my problems with Word 6 (similar to 
Mary's) I downloaded it again.  The most recent version of IA seems 
to be so much improved that it doesn't apear to work at all. 

 Oh well, back to notepad.
