Internet database programs

I have already searched the web archive of Web4Lib 
but did not find any discussion on a program called
askSam (www.askSam.com).

This program allows you to generate a searchable,
indexed database and publish it to Internet. 

Are you aware of any programs like this, regardless
of server type? It would be great if you could provide
URLs of sites which incorporate the programs you
are suggesting.
