Filtering debate

I would like to make some suggestions about handling this discussion.
How about starting each subject line with "filtering:" so that those of
us that want to delete or process in some other way the filtering
discussions could do so more easily. Here is an example, many e-mail
programs (Netscape e-mail, Eudora, Pegasus) have ways of setting up
rules for handling messages. If the "filtering:" text was consistently
in each Subject line then I could set up rules to route the filtering
discussion to a folder or to the trash. Any thoughts? I already use
rules to eliminate messages from specific individuals.
