Reminder: TIFAP project continues

TIFAP (The Internet Filter Assessment Project) continues.  We
are now in the filter-testing mode.  Again, the purpose of this
project is to see how well filters perform.  Do they block what
they say they block, and let through what they say they let
through? How easy is it to install or configure these tools, enable
or disable blocking of hosts and/or keywords and/or protocols? 
What other features are enabled?  What is the impact of viewable
vs. nonviewable site lists? Etc... We've had excellent cooperation
from vendors, btw.
