Again, why does this obligate a library to do things outside it's
mission,
purpose, and collection policies?
I do think that public libraries have at least an ethical obligation to
provide Internet access to the information poor. But there is no reason
to believe that this obligates libraries, legally or ethically, to
provide *everything* on the Internet, particularly things,like hard-core
porn, which unquestionably are far outside the bounds of a typical
public libraries' mission.
