website address

[York County Hospital]

I am on the hospital's internet task force.  Recently we hired a company to
design and input the content for the hospital's website.  The url is on
this  company's server.  The url is 
http://www.ych.on.ca

My question:  the company we are using in located in the same town as the
hospital, Newmarket, Ontario.  If we acquire our own server within the
hospital  will we be able to use the same URL?
