Help on Netscape Admin. site

A while back, someone posted a site address for Site Administrators
using Netscape.  I got a great hint about stopping patrons from creating
Netscape Wallpaper on our Patron Access terminals.  I have looked
through the Web4Archives and I can't find the address and of course I
can't find it in book marks or in my mail- I may be too heavy handed
with the delete button!!
