     Hi! Thanks for the information. I guess we are lucky, in the respect 
     that we don't provide out users with access to *any* word processing 
     or other text/image manipulation applications. So, we haven't run into 
     this problem.
     
     We do have a (very) small bug with NetScape, which the tech support 
     people have told us will be fixed in the next release (!), but it is 
     minor and ignorable for the moment.

        We just found a Fortres101 bug at Henderson. We were plagued by
'Segment load errors' in WordPerfect and traced it to the fact that Fortres 
was dutifully trying to protect network drives as well as the desktop; hence 
WordPerfect, which was on the server, couldn't get through properly when 
printing or saving. Fortres is aware of this and is rewriting their product; 
I thought you should be aware of this interesting link between Fortres and 
'segment load errors.' We recommend Fortres101 highly and their tech support 
has been very responsive.
