In version 2.51d using the advanced configuration, there are many items in the Reg/Policy tab.  However, there is no tech support for this from Fortress although they will try and assist.
I have used this tab to remove the run command, hide network neighborhood,  basically, I removed all desktop icons.  There is a tab that says "Don't allow changes to taskbar setting".  Try this...
