Another bookmark organizer

I mentioned a good free bookmark manager---here is another one.  

The one at the end of my last letter is Internet Assistant: allows you to
make web pages out of your IE bookmarks--- on my home page are example of
those pages under my links

Another good one:

NavEx manages URL sets. Version 2.0.1 can translates between Netscape,
Microsoft and Mosaic formats. It can also verify that links in a set to see
which still work.
