Lissa,

We have several items which have access controlled by IP address.  I am 
able to access any of these when I dial up to my account.  After I am 
logged on, I launch Netscape from my hard drive, go the the library's 
page and have access to all IP access controlled databases on our page.  
There is no password involved except the one I use to lob on to my account.
