Fortres and Grolier's

Is anyone using Fortres 2.5 on a Windows 95 machine and Grolier's 1997
Mulitmedia Encyclopedia?  I cannot get the CDROM to work unless I disable
Fortres. I have talked to their tech people and nothing they suggested works.

If you have had this probelm and found a solution, please contact me.
