I am also in favor of ending this discussion. 

Many resources on this topic are available for systems managers and 
librarians.  Karen Schneider's filtering project reports are available. 

Both the Supreme Court and ALA have taken a stand on filtering.   

The discussion has become a palavering session, and I too am losing
patience with those who have the kind of time it takes to sustain it.
