When I was at ALA, I heard Bruce Ennis, the lawyer who argued for ALA at
the Supreme Court, say that he expected a long court battle over the
legality of filtering in libraries that would take years, and would end
up at the Supreme Court.  (He confidently predicted victory for the
anti-filterers).

No court has yet ruled, no even heard for that matter, any case
involving the legality of filtering in libraries.
