Netscape mail?

In the LITA Vendor/User Interest Group session at ALA, one of the
presenters (was it Norm Reader from the Torrence, CA, Public Library?)
offered a comparison of the administration kits for the two popular
commercial browsers.  To paraphrase:

  Microsoft's:
    * Free
    * Lets you configure everything related to browser function
    * Configuration done via question/response "wizard"

  Netscape's:
    * $800/educational
    * Not complete control (cannot disable everything in the "options"
menu)
    * Editing done by tweaking .INI files

Peter (who's only weakness against Microsoft's Dark Side influences is that
they write a darn good browser...fortunately, it works well on the
Macintosh)
