Computer Literacy Training...

Does one have experience with or recommendations for computer-based 
training materials that teach basic computer literacy? Also information 
on other types of materials: web-based, audiovisual and even (shudder) 
books. If you could send to me, or post to the list the product and 
possibly the publisher/source.
