Query: e-mail listserver for Windows NT

Dear colleagues

We are planning to run e-mail discussion lists on our Windows NT server.
But until now I didn't find a suitable software. "Listserver", "majordomo"
and other Mailservers used at our university all run under UNIX and our
computer specialists were not able to name us a reliable product running
under NT.

Does anyone have experience with that. And is someone able to recommend a
suitable software, either shareware or commercial.
