I've found HTML Grinder by Matterform to be an excellent tool for replacing
html tags across multiple pages. It's not an HTML editor, but a tool for
working with multiple HTML pages. (I use it in addtion to my HTML editor).
It's for the Mac, I'm not sure if a Windows version is available. It can
also do the following: multiple finds and replaces in one step across
multiple pages, replace tagged text, append text at specificed places in
multiple documents, build indexes automatically, take a long scrolling
document and install scrolling links at the top of the page (automatically
inserts all those <a name="link"> tags), insert last modified date on all
you pages, add ALT tags to all your images, insert image size tags, look
for broken links within a group of pages, and several other handy things.
A demo is available for downloading at:

The find and replace tool is free. The whole package of tools mentioned
above is $149, and well worth it in my opinion.
