Full Text Databases via the WebG

Hello all,
	
My library is considering subscribing to one of the services
offering access to full text databases via the Web.  
So far, we have looked at Searchbank (IAC) and Proquest Direct (UMI).  
We have very mixed feelings about both products and frankly we feel like 
we are trying to compare apples with oranges !  

So here are my questions to the list members:
	
	1. do you subscribe to a FT database via the web ?
	   which one and how did you decide ?

	2. are you happy with your decision (will you renew)?

	3. how do you handle printing issue(s)?

	4. what impacts have you noticed on reference/instruction/ill ?

	5. any thoughts, warnings, advises....

I don't want to start an endless discussion on the topic so you can
answer me directly and I will summarize the answers for the list.
