SGML Parser

     Is the SGML parser you have available online? Or do I have to go to a 
     store somewhere to buy it? Such a program would be very useful since 
     our organization is about to set up an Intranet with input from people 
     who know next to nothing about HTML and will likely make many errors 
     during the learning process. It would save me a lot of proofing time 
     if I could have a program that found the errors for me.
