Web-site tracking software

I'm looking for software that will track traffic at our website, which
runs off a Unix server. Ideally, the software would be able to take the
log files from the server and format them into a variety of reports,
including statistics on monthly use, users, etc. I already know of HitList
by Marketwave. Could anyone suggest any other packages that might be
effective?
