shortcuts, netscape bookmarks convertors?

I have a pile of "internet shortcuts" I made while browsing that I would
like to convert to URL's. I thought I had seen a freeware program
somewhere but now I can't find one.

Possibly I can convert them as "favorites" to netscape bookmark format
which would give me the same result, a list of URL's instead of
shortcuts?

Thanks for any tips on this most frustrating problem I created in my
zeal to collect some cool places on the 'net.
