E-mail for kids?

I think I need to clarify my request.  My son wants his own e-mail
accoutn and homepage.  I receive over a hundred e-mail messages a day
and so does my wife.  We would prefer he has his own in and on a site
that is designed for kids.  The same goes for a web page.  I want him in
a site with other kids if possible.  

A couple of people have suggest Juno e-mail.  It is only avialable for
the PC environment.  I have a MacIntosh at home.  I alos looked at
HotMail but I am afraid that the ads might not be appropriate for a kid.
