Bordless library

Hi, friends

I refer to the concept of the 'bordless library' for my dissertation,
what is its impact on the requirement of the effective bibliograpgic
control? By the way, how effective is currrent control of materials in
some western countries? What additional tools are needed so that
publication of all kinds can be indentified and accessed?
