Harassing email

        We've had nasty situations arising from the abuse of Netscape mailer
- creeps target someone and use the anonymous mailer to spam their accounts.
We got lucky and caught one guy who was stupid enough to email himself first
with a test message, not realizing he was saving the whole thing to
c:\netscape\mail\sent.
        Has anyone out there gotten to the point of suppressing Netscape
mailer? Did it work, or did the creeps just go to HotMail on the web or
using anonymous remailers? Any utilities that might help us out without
compromising privacy or actually spying? My suggestion was filtering and/or
ignoring the creeps, but with racist death threats it's hard to do.....
