telnet/tcp program to support diacritics

We have DOS and Windows telnet programs called DOS Tunix and WinTunix
respectively. They have full support for diacritics and multibyte
characters. They were developed as frontends to our object-oriented
database engine called KE Texpress which is used for a variety of library
and collections applications. KE Texpress also supports diacritics and
multibyte characters.
