Win95 security

As far as boot up security goes, the "bootkeys" entry will work....but if
its win95 you have, get "TweakUI" by Microsoft...its one of the "PowerToys"
for Win95...it allows you to make some of the settings that we've been
discussing thru the GUI so you don't have to "hand-edit" any files...
