Such a list already exists and has for quite awhile.  It is called
Net-Train(NETTRAIN at UBVM.CC.BUFFALO.EDU).  Many librarians participate in
it.  There is no sense in reinventing the wheel. To subscribe send a
message to listserv at UBVM.CC.BUFFALO.EDU with the message:

subscribe NETTRAIN firstname lastname
