I hope no tries to tilt at this windmill. Obviously, the server
has to know where to send the files you requested. And,
there is no real reason for the server to NOT collect it for
troubleshooting or for other analyses.
And, there would be no real way to enforce some regulation
that people NOT log such things, at least without invading
THEIR privacy. o-)
cyclops, who DOES respect the right to privacy, but just
doesn't understand the desire for it, especially since there is
NO way to enforce it in most arenas in life
