automatic logon in Netscape

As a federal depository library, we have a username and password 
to the Stat-USA web site for *one* workstation.  I'm creating a "menu"
page for this one machine, and I'd like to set
up a link to the site that will automatically fill in the username
and password.  Is there a way to do this?  It's a Windows 3.11 machine
with Netscape 3.0.
