Using Netscape with Eudora

Greetings!

I am trying to get Eudora e-mail to work as the default e-mail client while
using Netscape.  For example, if I am browsing with Netscape and click on a
mailto tag in a Web page, I would like Eudora to launch.  This works great
in Internet Explorer (and curiously, I didn't even have to set it up - it
just worked).  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks,
