New Web4Lib archive

InReference, Inc. has begun archiving Web4Lib as of today. Their site is 
available at http://www.reference.com/ and the Web4Lib archive is at:

http://www.reference.com/cgi-bin/pn/listarch?list=Web4Lib@library.berkeley.edu

The main benefit of the site is the sophisticated search features that it 
offers, which will become more important as the archive grows. The 
SunSITE archive remains the authoritative and most complete archive of 
Web4Lib, and it is available at:

http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Web4Lib/archive.html

On that page we now also point to the InReference site.
