Saralyn, my experience with Lynx is that the
Internet Service Provider usually provides it a
part of a "shell" account (which is usually
cheaper than the SLIP or PPP account needed if you
want graphical interface...)  Your customer would
only need a communications software like Procomm,
and would dial up to the account and then choose
to access Lynx from there.  A phone call to any
local service provider should confirm whether or
not they offer Lynx.  Barring this,  my guess is
that there are still places you can telnet to
access Lynx too.  Hope this helps out!
