WWW Filtering policy?

I'd like to ask if anyone has implemented the use of products like 
NetNanny or SurfWatch in their libraries' WWW browsing equipment for 
patrons; any comments on them would also be appreciated.

I'd be happy to make the results avilable to the list, unless noted =)
