Configuring Netscape for multiple users

We would like to set up Netscape on our reference desk (staff) 
machines so that it will reference the preferences and mail settings 
for the staff person who is using it at any given time.  This staff 
person would be logged into our Novell network.

Is there any way we can configure Netscape so that it will initiate 
differently for multiple users.  We are using version 3.01 Gold.
