Project on Internet in Public Libraries

Dear colleagues,

we are doing a project on the development of a service for readers in public 
libraries in Germany concerning easy and effective access to internet resources. 
The goal is e.g. to provide a choice of informative sites which we store on a 
local server, to provide clearinghouses and supportive tools for internet 
surfing.

We are now looking for parallel projects. Does anyone know about such a project 
and could give us some information about reports or whom to contact?
