How do I get one of my addresses off this list?

I had subscribed to web4lib from this e-mail address, got an e-mail on 
another address, then forwarded my mail from this address to my new e-mail 
address.  On my new e-mail, I had re-subscribed to web4lib.  Then I was 
getting web4lib postings twice - once from my old address forwarded to my 
new address and once on my new address.  I went back to my old address and 
sent a message to "unsubscribe" from web4lib, but I still get to postings.  
My question is, how do I get myself unsubscribed from this e-mail posting?  
Why does the Unsubscribe not work?  Could someone please tell me?  I would 
like to eliminate one of my postings and still get web4lib sent ONLY to the 
following address:  p013438b at pbfreenet.seflin.lib.fl.us
