Graphic Design Packages

I prefer to use Graphic Workshop. It presents all the graphis in a 
directory visually as well by name. It also converts to and from 
nearly every format imaginable. There are also so rudimentary 
features for editing graphics.

Paint Shop Pro is the best for creating graphics. But PowerPoint & a 
screen capture utility are great for making fast image maps.

finally Gif Construction Kit creates animated GIFs quickly.
