Microsoft Explorer for Windows 3.1 -- a subjective eval

I tend to think the Mac version is pretty good, including most
everything "useful" that Netscape has. I agree that the Windows is a
dog, which is surprising considering the support Microsoft gives to
Windows (at least Windows 95)
