Publishing bibliographic data on the WEB under Win NT

We are planning to publish bibliographic data on the Web.

For this purpose we are looking for a simple solution that 
provides access to bibliographic data under Windows NT.

The data should be searchable for authors, title word, descriptors and so on.

The data is hold in a CDS/ISIS file under Windows. This data may be
trasfered to an other database.
