PACS-L, and WEB4LIB.  Please excuse the duplicates.

What makes the difference between PURL and the OCLC proposed URN
resolution standard?  Isn't PURL one of the possible services
(N2L:NA/OS the canonical case) proposed by OCLC to respond to RFC
1737?  Will OCLC consider implementing the resolution of URN to a
list of URLs extracted from a URC (N2C0:NA/OS)?  I think this is a
far more thorough resolution to the problem.
