The February issue of D-Lib Magazine is now available at

research and design issues; naming; digital scanning and preservation;
pricing models; and two SUNSites - the first at University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill and the most recent at University of California,
Berkeley. 

D-Lib is sponsored by ARPA on behalf of the Information Infrastructure
Technology and Applications (IITA) Working Group of the High Performance
Computing and Communications (HPCC) program.
