Acrobat Reader 3.0 as a plugin

Thanks to Bill Moseley, Bruce Hinman, and Charles Summerhill for 
their replies.  

It appears that Acrobat Reader needs that empty instance of the 
program running in order to work as a plugin in Netscape.  A 
possible benefit is that subsequent PDF documents may load more 
quickly if Acrobat Reader is still running.
