Internet Shortcuts

When we had Netscape 2.0, all you had to do was right click and you had
the option of making an Internet shortcut to your Win95 desktop.

Now we have 3.0, and we do not get this pop up menu.

Does anyone know how to make an Internet shortcut with Netscape 3.0 and
Windows 95?
