Fortres Kiosk mode

I believe the "Kiosk" mode in Fortres is just to prevent accessing any
other programs besides Netscape.

>From the Fortres manual on Kiosk Mode:

"...Fortres will "grab" the application and not let the user switch away or
run any other program."

To disable the File/Save option you will want to use IKIOSK
