Hi All,

Just a word of thanks to the many people that responded to my query
regarding the HTML translator;  all of the ideas were useful.  I
especially want to thank Roy Tennant and David Binkley for their suggestions 
on using Lynx.  As Lynx comes with full source code, and follows the "
GNU Public License", it appears to be exactly what I'm looking for.
