I would be very interested to hear a summary of any results you get. We also 
want to keep track of the number of shifts, place restrictions on 
consecutive shifts and so on. We roster 4 service points simultaneously and 
have found the same thing - the products are either too simple or too 
complex because they take in a whole range of human resource management 
functions.
